Minimum Requirements
£13.50 per hour for 3-5 hours weekly
£8 per hour for above 5 hours weekly
£10 per hour for 2 hours weekly
4 hours minimum for one off/spring clean - from £12 per hour,
End of tenancy cleaning
One bed house/flat: cleaning only - £75; carpet + cleaning - £110
Two bed house/flat: cleaning only - £100; carpet + cleaning - £160
Three bed house/flat: cleaning only- £120; carpet + cleaning- £180, etc
Additional bathrooms- £10 each
No VAT applies
Cleaning detergents and equipments can be provided for an extra £20 for cleanings that are booked for more than 5 hours.
For one off/spring clean booked less than 5 hours, clients need to provide their own cleaning equipments.
